Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Work Week: 4 days on / 3 days off
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Reports To: Program Manager / Executive Director (or designee)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Supervisor to lead our overnight team in a residential youth treatment program. This position plays a critical role in ensuring student safety, maintaining structure, and fostering a positive, therapeutic environment during overnight hours.
Through strong leadership and meaningful connection with students, you will help drive treatment progress and support each youth’s Individual Treatment Plan.
- Supervise Awake Overnight (AON) staff and provide bi-weekly supervision
- Serve as Administrator on Duty (AOD) overnight (or assign designee)
- Lead shift operations including crisis response and documentation
- Ensure smooth transition to first shift and support staff performance
- Maintain a safe, structured environment with 100% supervision
- Support students using trauma-informed, compassionate care
- Encourage positive behavior, growth, and accountability
- Assist with evening routines and oversee overnight programming
- Ensure completion of required bed checks and documentation
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Communicate important updates regarding student needs
- Provide crisis support when needed
- Complete required reports including incident reports, AOD notes, and logs
- Track bed checks and overnight activity documentation
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Obtain and maintain TCI certification
- Apply trauma-informed and ARC framework principles
- Engage in ongoing training, supervision, and development
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits
OR - High school diploma/GED plus:
- 2 years working with youth
- Combination of education and experience totaling 2 years
- 7 years of parenting experience
- Meets NH Child Care Licensing Regulation requirements
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
