What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Attendant position at Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort?
Ensures guests receive the highest standard of service. Contributes to the physical comfort, emotional well-being, and safety of all guests by keeping all public areas of the spa neat and uncluttered as well as warm and inviting through continuous straightening and cleaning, including correctly sanitizing public restrooms, and by quickly and sensitively responding to special requests from guests in all matters which could affect the quality of their stay.
Abilities and Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people in service position
- Able to work under pressure and maintain composure.
- Dependable and punctual, dedicated to maintaining excellent attendance; able to work weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime as required
- Able to speak and understand English and able to write legibly in English
- Has good vision or be able to pass vision test with corrective lenses
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to stoop, bend, reach, lift, kneel, walk up and down stairs, climb ladders, and stay on foot for 8 hours at a time
- Able to work in summer heat and winter cold
- Able to take initiative in satisfying guest requests
- Able to work independently, and as a team
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
