The Mount Pleasant Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel and Conference Center is looking for Banquet Servers!
The banquet staff is the front line responsible for executing events at the high standard of service we expect. Banquet Staff is responsible for servicing all meals and breaks using the timeline of the event to ensure all events are a success. The Banquet Staff is also responsible for the set up and tear down of the conference center space before and after an event. Hours per shift will vary based on the type and length of event as well as the necessary setup required before and after an event. PM Shifts typically do not have an end time and the banquet staff will end the shift upon completion of all tasks as assigned by the manager on duty. A customer service mindset is a must as the banquet servers will interact with customers all day long in a professional and hospitable way. Hours per week will vary depending on scheduled events and staffing needs. Some other aspects of the Job include:
