Position Overview
The Principal will provide visionary leadership for the daily operations of the Academy while promoting a culture of academic achievement, accountability, discipline, professionalism, and Christian character.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise faculty, staff, and daily school operations Foster a Christ-centered educational environment Support student academic growth and achievement Maintain strong communication with parents and the school community Implement policies and procedures aligned with the mission of MPCA Assist with student recruitment, retention, and community engagement
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred)
-Educational leadership experience preferred
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Commitment to Christian education
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
