Job Overview

Duties
- Follow age-appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships and support each child's growth.
- Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care while adhering to school regulations and policies.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience with classroom management of ages 3 to 6 years.
- Strong knowledge of positive phrasing, leading with respect for behavior management, and positive discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
