Role Description
The School Counselor for Grades 9-12 is a full-time, on-site role located at Mount Notre Dame High School in Cincinnati, OH. The counselor will provide academic, social, emotional, and career guidance to students, helping them navigate their high school experience and prepare for their futures. Primary responsibilities include individual and group counseling, academic and career planning, crisis intervention, and coordinating with teachers, families, and other staff to support student well-being and success. Additionally, the counselor will proactively address student mental health needs and contribute to fostering a supportive school environment.
