Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Monitor and document patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient safety and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine

• 0 years of experience as a RN (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and withstand prolonged periods of standing and walking
