Job Summary
Mount Joseph at Waterville, a respected healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Night Shift team. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maine
Minimum 0 years of experience as a RN (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient populations
What We Offer
Competitive salary range of $32 - $45 HOURLY
$20,000 Sign on bonus paid according to facility policy
