Position Summary:

The Warehouse Picking Team supports Mount-It!’s fulfillment operations by accurately locating, selecting, and preparing products for shipment. Team members work collaboratively to ensure orders are picked efficiently, packaged correctly, and meet quality and accuracy standards before moving to shipping. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and stage products for customer, eCommerce, and B2B orders using RF scanners, pick lists, or mobile systems.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure accuracy before packing or shipment.
• Replenish picking areas and maintain proper stock rotation and organization within assigned zones.
• Communicate any inventory discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
• Collaborate with packing, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure smooth order flow and on-time fulfillment.
• Assist with labeling, stacking, and wrapping pallets as needed to support outbound operations.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, following company and OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in picking aisles and work areas.
• Participate in daily production goals and team meetings to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support cross-training efforts across other warehouse departments (receiving, FBA, shipping) as directed by supervisors.

Additional Requirements:

• The employee may need to lift up to 50lbs position
• May require prolonged amounts of sitting and standing
• Other duties required as assigned by management

Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 DOE
