Customer Service Representative
Mount-It!, an industry leader in TV mounts, monitor mounts, and office furniture, continues to experience exceptional growth and we are looking for positive and energetic individuals to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow through with service calls and inquiries from customers, ensuring that questions and problems are satisfied on a timely basis. Create positive customer experiences by assessing the needs and concerns of customers
- Resolve customer concerns and process customer requests in an effective and efficient manner
- Answer customer questions regarding product offerings, billing, equipment, features, shipment information
- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity
- Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification
Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who has ideas. Someone who can take the initiative, and can provide a better customer service experience.
You'll need to have a background in customer service, preferably in technology.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of Customer Service experience in a related field (Consumer Products preferred)
- Proficient in navigating Microsoft Windows, Excel, Internet, and other computer software programs.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Dependable with proficient attention to detail
- Good listening and responding skills
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
- Ability to read and comprehend a basic product manual
- Possess insight into self and others
- Solid problem-solving skills. Able to identify the customer’s issue and offers the best solution
- Technical knowledge, with a strong preference for experience in IT, automotive and mechanical equipment manufacturing and repair functions
- You must pass a background check and drug screen
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
