Title: Full Time Assistant Property Manager - USDAReports to: Property ManagerJob location: Lord Jeffery Apts. 121 N. Main Street, Belchertown, MA 01007Full time Assistant Property Manager needed for busy rental office in Belchertown. Knowledge of HUD or USDA procedures preferred, but will provide training. Responsible for determining tenant eligibility in accordance with federal regulations. Two years of office experience preferred.Essential Duties:· Prepare and supply tenant’s with required annual certification notice(s) and information.· Interview tenants and document family composition, income, assets, deductions and other information as required· Collect all necessary third-party verifications.· Determine eligibility, calculate income allowances, assets and rents.· Coordinate and prepare annual lease renewals and income certifications.· Other assigned duties essential for daily operations as assigned by Property Manager.Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 based on education and experienceBonus EligibleBenefits: Health Insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time.Job Requirements:High school diploma, Associate degree or work-related experience.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
