- Read and evaluate applications from assigned territories; guide prospective students.
- Manage alum and student ambassador programs for international recruitment.
- Collaborate on social media content and marketing strategies for international audiences.
- Use data analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and support strategic planning.
- Supervise admission staff, student ambassadors, and alum volunteers.
- Bachelor’s degree; 5 years in international admission or related experience.
- Knowledge of global education systems, English proficiency tests, and CRM platforms (Slate preferred).
- Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Experience with international recruitment travel and student engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred: multilingual, experience managing student or alum programs, familiarity with women’s college mission.
