What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Substitute Workers for 2025-2026 School Year position at Mount Healthy City Schools?
*Staff needed for the Elementary Schools and the JR/SR HS Campus
Start/end times vary by building - Typically would sub 3.75 hours unless a 7 hour person is needed
• Assist with lunch meal preparation (including sandwich making & bagging,cupping fruit, salad and veggies)
• Set up and serve lunch meal
• Breakdown and cleanup of serving lines and work areas
• Restock serving lines (condiments, milk, fruit, veggies, etc.)
• Wash dishes (trays, pots, pans, etc.)
• Sweep and mop floors
• Put away stock and non-food supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Safe Food handling and kitchen sanitation
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be able to work as a team
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be customer service oriented
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. repetitiously
- Must be able to read and perform mathematical equations
- BCI/FBI Background Clearance
