- Responsible for managing dock activity scheduling
- Verify equipment required for loads and validate correct pricing
- Execute track n trace reports for internal departments and customers
- Provide problem solving services on load exceptions
- Perform OS&D functions and issue disposition
- Effective communication between management, internal departments, carriers, and customers
