Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate include:
- Handling inbound and outbound telecommunications equipment
- Inspecting for damage
- Identifying parts
- Scanning serial and part numbers
- Packaging
- Placing materials into inventory

Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Associate include:
- Process customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and special projects daily.
- Move materials by hand, pallet jack, fork truck, or high-reach equipment.
- Inspect materials for visible defects and report issues.
- Package and label materials according to specifications, including weight limits, ESD requirements, and foam packing.
- Store materials in racks following product guidelines. Perform light assembly work using hand tools such as screwdrivers.
- Scan incoming and outgoing materials with a hand barcode scanner to track inventory.
- Use computers daily for order processing and reporting.
Qualifications for the Warehouse Associate:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Minimum 1- 2 years in general manufacturing or warehouse operations
- Telecommunications equipment experience preferred
Technical Skills:
- Basic math skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- RF Scanners
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
