Job Overview
We're looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions, process orders, and ensure a positive
experience at every interaction. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
A Day In The Life
- Support customers via phone, email, chat, and CRM systems.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve order issues, shipping concerns, product questions, and customer inquiries.
- Manage product returns and repair requests from start to finish.
- Provide regular updates to customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other teams to meet customer needs.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- 2 years of customer service, order management, sales support, or related experience preferred.
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
