Location: Ayer, MA
Pay: $18
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Job Summary Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order throughout facility spaces. Support daily cleaning, floor care, and basic maintenance tasks.
Key Duties
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine cleaning
Buff and polish floors
Handle general custodial and industrial cleaning
Assist with minor facility repairs and equipment upkeep
Track and restock cleaning supplies
Work with team to complete cleaning schedules
Custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Knowledge of floor care techniques
Facility maintenance experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and safety
Able to work independently and with a team
