Mount Carmel Senior Living Community is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team! Whether you're seeking full-time (30 hours per week), part-time, or consistent PRN hours, we offer an opportunity to do what you love while enjoying a supportive, team-focused environment.

• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and mobility strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS certification
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
• SNF/LTC or rehabilitation experience preferred
• A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
