Coordinator Marketing and Recruitment
Position Purpose
The Coordinator functions within the mission and strategic plan of Mount Carmel College of Nursing. Works cooperatively with the Dean of Enrollment & Student Services and Admissions staff to implement College recruitment plans including social media campaigns, marketing strategies, recruitment/outreach, admissions decision-making, planning, and coordinating recruitment activities such as campus visit programs, working with external and internal constituencies and developing and maintaining accurate records.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- License / Certification:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in college recruitment and admissions, marketing, public relations and social media management
- Effective Communication Skills, including public speaking and writing.
- Detail-oriented and very organized
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience using social media to recruit or promote
- Experience coordinating social media campaigns
- Strong computer skills required with some database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an office team.
- Must be a self-starter and problem solver.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
- Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license with good driving record maintained.
- Requires use of a personal vehicle with valid auto insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout state of Ohio.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
