Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Bellingham, WA, requires the Executive Director to oversee the management and operation of the Mount Baker Theatre. Responsibilities include managing organizational strategy, budgeting, and staff leadership to ensure the theatre's mission and goals are met. The Executive Director will cultivate community partnerships, oversee fundraising initiatives, and establish relationships with donors and stakeholders. Qualifications
●Minimum of 7 years of senior leadership experience, ideally within the nonprofit,

building strong stakeholder relationships.
●Deep understanding of venue operations, with experience in performing arts or
