On Call Caregiver and Med Tech

Mount Angel Towers’ Assisted Living is looking for On Call Caregivers. Caregivers play a vital role in the health and wellbeing of our residents! If you have a passion for seniors and making a difference in their lives, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

· Hands on caring giving for seniors who need a little extra help

· Building relationships with residents and their families

· Assistance with showers, grooming, hygiene, dressing and personal laundry

· Reminders for meals and appointments

· Provide basic first aid

· Provide basic fingernail and toenail care

· Charting or documenting changes in services or health

· Notifying assisted living supervisor when patient has a change in health status

· Responding to resident questions/concerns in a professional and timely manner

· Assist Med Techs with resident needs

Qualifications:

· Prefer 6 months experience

· Ability to pass background check and drug test

· Customer service orientation

· Dependable and detail oriented

· Ability to follow directions and complete tasks

· Ability to become First- Aid certified, CPR certified and obtain a Food Handler’s Card

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
