Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Entry: Accurately input and maintain student demographics, emergency contacts, medical records, and attendance data.
- State Reporting: Run, edit, reconcile, and approve required state reports to ensure compliance with the Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI).
- Academic & Disciplinary Records: Generate report cards, manage student cumulative records, and record student disciplinary actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Prefers a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data management, office support, or a computer-based record-keeping environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with computer-based systems, Google Suite, and Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to audit records, identify errors, and maintain strict student data privacy and confidentiality. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to assist families with enrollments and collaborate with teachers.
