PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Moundville Health & Rehabilitation
Moundville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for flexible scheduling while providing quality care to residents in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent resident care
Qualifications:
- Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
