DUTIES
The Pharmacist provides pharmacy services by ensuring the safe, accurate dispensing of medications while leading the team to deliver high-quality patient care and customer service. This role involves prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, performance-based tasks, and team leadership. The Pharmacist works collaboratively with the pharmacy team to prioritize tasks, balance the workload, meet deadlines, and achieve performance metrics.
POSITION DETAILS
- 38 hour position as a PHARMACIST in an independent pharmacy setting
- Pharmacist will work with a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional pharmacy services and customer service to the patients we serve.
- Maintain compliance wih state/federal regulations, USP standards, and company policy
- Pharmacy Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm; Closed on (6) Holidays
- Pharmacist Working Hours: Scheduled hours from as early as 8:30 am and up to 6 pm on Weekdays and 8:30 am up to 1 pm on Saturdays. A full-time schedule is typically an average of 38 hours per week which includes weekdays and every 3rd Saturday. A typical 3-week rotation would include a minimum of scheduled weekdays and 1 scheduled Saturday every 3 weeks. Keep in mind, no evenings, no Sundays, and most Saturdays off, plus (6) major holidays. A part-time schedule could be less days, and every 3rd Saturday.
