Job Title: Pizza Shop Team Member
Job Summary: A Pizza Shop Team Member is responsible for preparing food, providing customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This role requires working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting to ensure customers receive high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders in person, over the phone, or online
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items (toppings, sauces, dough handling)
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens and prep stations
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, and dining space
- Stock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
- Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
