About Us
We are a wholesale bakery specializing in artisan breads and pastries, proudly serving restaurants, retailers, and food service partners throughout the Bay Area. We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to help manage our daily operations on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across bread, pastry, and packaging departments.
- Lead and motivate teams of up to 10 employees per department.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Communicate and collaborate with the management team on orders, staffing, and operational needs.
- Train and support employees on procedures, safety, and best practices.
- Monitor product quality and adherence to company standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required.
- Experience in bread and/or pastry production (industrial or wholesale preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Working knowledge of production equipment, food safety, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
