Motus Marketing is a fast-growing, sales and direct marketing firm based in Albuquerque. We partner with major Big Box retailers to represent national brands through in-store events, product promotions, and personal customer interactions. Our mission is simple: develop the next generation of leaders in sales and management through hands-on training, mentorship, and real career growth.

Our Sales Management Trainee role is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, and business development. You’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of customer engagement and event-based sales while learning day-to-day operations. As you grow, you’ll take on responsibilities in team leadership, training, and territory management.

What You’ll Do

• Represent national brands inside partnered retail locations
• Engage customers, build rapport, and accurately present product information
• Learn and execute sales strategies to meet weekly and monthly goals
• Train alongside experienced leaders to learn recruiting, team development, and operations
