Motus Marketing is looking for motivated individuals who want to learn, build professional skills, and grow with a team. We work with well-known brands to connect with customers in retail locations.
As an In-Store Brand Representative, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sales and promotional marketing by working directly with shoppers, learning how to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and introduce them to products and services that may be a good fit. This role is hands-on and people-focused.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing client brands and products in a retail environment
- Starting conversations with customers and learning about their needs
- Explaining product features, benefits, and available options
- Providing a friendly and professional customer experience
- Helping generate new customers and sales
- Working with your team to reach daily and weekly goals
No Experience? No Problem.
We believe people can be successful in this role with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Previous sales or marketing experience is helpful, but it isn’t required.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and meeting new customers
- Communicates well and is comfortable starting conversations
- Takes feedback well and is willing to learn
- Sets goals and stays motivated
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience, a plus, but not required
