Entry Level Marketing Associate

This is a fully onsite position in Albuquerque, NM. We are actively seeking candidates that can start within 1 - 2 weeks!

At Motus Marketing, we specialize in connecting local customers with top brands through engaging, in-person promotional events. We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Marketing Associate. This role will allow you to work directly with customers and gain hands-on experience promoting products and services in the telecommunications and home delivery service industries.

About the Role

As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will work directly with customers and client partners, learning the fundamentals of sales while helping expand brand presence and drive new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with customers through clear, confident communication
• Participate in team meetings and skill-building workshops
• Learn and understand client products and services to represent them accurately
• Execute sales presentations, new customer onboarding, and outreach efforts
• Assist with promotional initiatives and brand awareness strategies
• Track progress, follow up on leads, and contribute to team goals

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
• Goal-oriented with a student mentality
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
