What are the responsibilities and job description for the APL - 1ST SHIFT position at Motus Integrated Technologies?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, understand and perform work as outlined in the work instructions and procedures in the area
- Set-up line by loading fabric and boards to the line
- Complete documentation and manage inventory and materials for APL lines
- Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot APL processes and problems with maintenance and team leaders
- Recommend improvements and support company continuous improvements initiatives
- Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries through 5S
- Continuously analyze the assigned area of responsibility for improved methods of production, tool design, communication, reporting, cost controls and layout; make recommendations to supervisor for improvements
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA QUALIFICATIONS:
- This role requires a mechanically inclined skill-set
- Must be capable of physically performing all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to acquire a fork-lift license
- Written warnings received within the last year may impact your eligibility
- Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
