What You Do
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
- Engage the children in age-appropriate play and developmental activities.
- Support the parents by performing light child-related housekeeping chores.
- Support the parents with daily routine consistency.
- Optionally, learn about Motu Novu’s service offering and client base.
- At least 3 years of experience in babysitting toddlers (not including family members).
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable and clean personal car.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional, patient, and mature disposition.
- Demonstrated good moral character.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
- Base Compensation: $20-25/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
