Top Tier Motto Mortgage is affiliated with the #1 Real Estate Team in the State of Nebraska and is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team.
Primary Job Functions
At Motto Mortgage you will be the driving force in growing your business by acquiring and retaining new and existing clients. You will use your knowledge of the industry, communication skills and sales insight to build relationships with borrowers, clients and Realtors to educate and assist in acquiring home financing.

Position Requires
- 2 years of demonstrated success as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
- Active MLO license through the NMLS or the ability to obtain
- Success in managing the entire mortgage process, from application to closing
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders and other referral sources Team player available to coworkers, referral sources and borrowers during standard working hours as well as weekends as needed
- Deal honestly and ethically with borrowers, partners and employees
- Work directly with borrowers in qualifying, pulling credit, running AUS, pricing loans, collecting documents and managing expectations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
