We are actively looking for licensed loan officers in North Carolina and Georgia who are currently producing in the $500K–$1.5M per year range and are ready to step into a more structured, scalable environment. If you’re looking for a place to simply "hang your license," this is not it. This is for professionals who want to build a real, scalable business.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and convert your pipeline with strict discipline. Structure deals and expertly guide clients through the loan process. Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, real estate agents, and the internal team. Build and maintain strong referral relationships. Operate within our proven systems, rather than freelancing your business.
Required Qualifications: Active NMLS license in North Carolina and/or Georgia (Strictly Required). Currently producing or recently active in mortgage origination. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to operate in a structured, accountability-driven, and performance-based environment.
