MotorXcel is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced technician who knows how to diagnose problems correctly and repair vehicles the right way.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Able to perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, electrical, and A/C repairs
- Comfortable using professional scan tools and service information
- Able to work independently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license required
- Maryland State Inspector License is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
- Perform repairs accurately and efficiently
- Complete digital inspections and document findings
- Recommend needed repairs with supporting evidence
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team focused on customer satisfaction
