Motorwerks Inc Mamaroneck, NY

Motorwerks Inc is looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic receptionist/customer service assistant to join our growing automotive repair shop.

This is not just a desk job. We are looking for someone who can help keep the front of the shop running smoothly while also assisting with social media and marketing content.

Job Duties:

• Answer phones and greet customers
  
  
• Assist service advisor with daily operations
  
  
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
  
  
• Help keep customer information organized
  
  
• Assist with checking customers in and out
  
  
• Take photos and videos of vehicles and shop activities for social media
  
  
• Send content to marketing team for posting
  
  
• Help maintain a clean and professional front office
  
  
• Basic computer and communication skills required
  
  
• Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
  
  
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
  
  
• Comfortable using phones, computers, and social media
  
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
  
  
• Must be reliable and punctual
  
  
• Being on time is extremely important

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
