About this role 

Motorq is scaling its marketing function and investing in the systems that power growth. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who combines the precision of a marketing architect with the mindset of a campaign manager. You will design the infrastructure, data, and tools that enable demand generation while leading programs that convert interest into qualified pipeline. 

  

This is a hands-on role for a builder who wants to own the bridge between campaign strategy, marketing automation, and performance tracking. You will develop the workflows, automation, and reporting that power marketing performance, and you will test and optimize campaigns to maximize results. You will operate with an owner’s mindset, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and clear impact on revenue. 

 

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this is an individual contributor role with a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days/week in our downtown San Francisco office. 

 

Role and Responsibilities 

You will: 

  • Design and manage Motorq’s marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and supporting tools for automation, analytics, and attribution. 
  • Develop a scalable marketing technology roadmap that supports Motorq’s growth and demand generation strategy. 
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure seamless integration between marketing systems and Salesforce, including lead flow, scoring, and lifecycle management. 
  • Collaborate with field marketing to connect field programs and account-based initiatives into a unified demand engine. 
  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across channels, managing paid media programs and agency partners as needed. 
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rates across the funnel. 
  • Own marketing data integrity, governance, and reporting to ensure accurate attribution and forecasting. 
  • Recommend and implement new tools to improve targeting, efficiency, and insight across the funnel. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 6 years of experience in B2B marketing with deep experience in marketing operations and campaign execution. 
  • Proven ability to build or overhaul marketing systems and processes in high-growth environments. 
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce required. HubSpot or Marketo certifications preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, routing, lifecycle management, attribution, and campaign performance reporting. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and translate business goals into scalable systems. 
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving goals and systems. You thrive on figuring things out and building structure where none exists. 
  • Startup or early-stage company experience preferred. Enterprise exposure a plus. 

 

Base salary range: $135,000 – $155,000 per year, plus stock options.
