What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the main point of contact between our customers and our technicians
- Translate “car problems” into clear, confident repair plans so customers can understand the repairs needed
- Build trust, not pressure -- education beats upselling here
- Manage repair orders, timelines, and expectations -- without false promises
- Work with a team that actually communicates (imagine that)
- Geek out over cool cars (side effect of the job)
Who You Are
- A people-person with a passion for cars
- Honest, reliable & independent
- Organized, confident, and calm -- even when things get busy
- Comfortable discussing repairs, maintenance, financing options, etc.
- Experienced as a service advisor (preferred), or highly motivated with strong automotive knowledge
- Someone who takes pride in professionalism, but still has a sense of humor
- Must have a valid driver’s license
