Job Description
As an M&A Consultant, you will support the integration of acquired companies into the Motorola ERP Framework. With a focus on growth and standardization, you are expected to deliver measurable business value.
Job Duties:
- Provide strategic recommendations and apply business expertise to drive solutions for acquisitions and their management.
- Assist in workshops, meetings, and project management activities.
- Develop process maps to analyze current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes.
- Document your work and present findings to the team.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, reports and other delivery documents.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems, with a graduation date on or after December 2026.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying ideas clearly.
- Basic understanding of task prioritization and project timelines for efficient completion.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Quantitative analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma is required
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of May 2028 or later
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
