Job Description
The Supply Chain Senior Delivery Manager role supports the Video Security and Access Control Business and responsibilities include:
- Drive improvements to lead times and customer deliveries
- Achieve customer satisfaction and revenue expectations
- Collaborate across teams including order management, planning, manufacturing, distribution, and sales
- Manage delivery details across sales orders, forecasted orders, forecast and safety stock
- Proactively communicate changes to shipment times and drive recovery actions
- Plan and execute material allocations decisions
- Predict future backlog and identify actions to improve delivery performance
- Develop and use data analytics to ensure efficient decision making
- Manage product lifecycle changes
- Lead as a trusted partner collaborating across organizations
- Outstanding communication
- Achieve business targets, balancing competing goals and trade offs
- Understand supply chain networks and operations
- Take initiative without prompting
- Solve problems with innovative thinking
- Highly motivated with positive attitude
- Identify and lead business process improvements
- Derive insights and actions from analytics

- Familiarity with SAP/Oracle ERP systems, Business Analytics tools, and G-Suite applications
