Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Designer based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Product Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate and create engaging product designs. Responsibilities include performing user research, developing design concepts, creating prototypes, and incorporating user experiences into the product interface. The candidate will ensure designs cater to user needs while aligning with MOTORMIA’s innovative vision for the automotive aftermarket. Collaboration, creativity, and strategic thinking are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Visual Design and Product Design
- Proficiency with Design Thinking and UX Research methodologies
- Experience conducting User Research to identify user needs and translate them into design solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Familiarity with automotive industry or enthusiasm for automotive culture is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
