Temporary (April 1 - September 30)Motorcycle Safety School is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team for our busy season on a part-time seasonable schedule from April 1st–September 30, 2026.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, positive environment. The position primarily involves answering phones and providing accurate information to prospective and registered students. Training will be provided for approximately two weeks prior to independently assisting customers.This is a contract position and may lead to additional projects based on performance and business needs.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to student inquiriesProcess registrations and payments accuratelyPerform data entry and maintain student recordsCompany Description:Motorcycle Safety School has been in business for over 25 years and operates 7 training locations throughout New York State.
