What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Motorcycle Mall?
Motorcycle Mall, the tri-state area's premier motorcycle and powersports dealership, is looking for candidates to interview for the Service Advisor position.
The candidate must be able to provide great customer service at the service counter - especially with proactive communication and have a great in-depth knowledge of motorcycles and powersports products to help and assist customers for their services needs.
Candidates must be good at multitasking, attention to detail, staying on schedule, having a daily to-do list and a knack to always communicate (text messages, emails and phone calls) to customer updating them on their unit in the service department.
Motorcycle Mall is a high-volume dealership with 20 different bands. We are looking for an individual that can really thrive in a high intensity and fast-paced environment where the candidate will be more successful when they know how to deliver good news, bad news and no news to ensure the customer is always updated.
Candidates must have a strong ability to up-sell billable hours (cust. goes from oil change (.5 hr labor time) to a full service (2.5 hr. labor time)) as the total compensation is both a weekly salary and commission on billable hours sold.
Candidate will receive competitive compensation (based on experience, overall knowledge, etc.), weekly commission on billable hours sold, monthly incentive bonuses / yearly incentive bonuses, health/dental/vision insurance, employee discounts and matching 401K.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
