Parts Associate

Motorcycle Mall of Monmouth is looking for Parts Associate candidates to fill an immediate opening as Parts Associate.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for motorcycles and powersports vehicles, someone that is interested in helping to grow the parts business and eCommerce business at the dealership and someone that can thrive in a situation wearing multiple hats.

Motorcycle Mall of Monmouth opened its doors in 2024 on 656 Highway 35, Middletown, New Jersey; taking over the existing business from Jersey Shore Powersports (Monmouth Cycles).

Parts Associate responsibilities will include, not be limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service to every customer interacting with the Parts Dept.
• Educating customers on motorcycle and powersports products, helmets, apparel, accessories, etc. and be able to sell industry products via their features and benefits for our customers
• Interface with customers and ensure their parts and accessories needs are being met
• In a knowledgeable manner, recommend related parts and accessories to customers
• Be able to upsell parts to customers - the more you can upsell, the more money you will take home each week.
• Handle the shipping and receiving duties of the parts and accessories department
• Assisting with ordering and pulling parts for Service Technicians for the dealership
• Help to maintain and grow the eCommerce business (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
• Notify customers when special parts or back-ordered parts arrive
• Assist team members to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the department by cleaning, stocking and organizing

Qualifications we're looking for in our next employee:

• Retail Experience
• Motorcycle and powersport experience and knowledge
• Automotive parts sales experience
• Product knowledge of the motorcycles, powersport products, scooters, etc. is needed
• Avid motorcycle rider (with motorcycle license) / dirt bike / powersports experience is a plus as well

Salary: $37,500 - $47,000.00 per year depending on your motorcycle / powersports knowledge, motorcycle and powersports experience, etc.
