Service Assistant / Service Porter
Motorcycle Mall of Monmouth is seeking a Service Assistant / Porter.
Motorcycle Mall - the tri-state largest motorcycle and powersports dealership opened its second location in 2024 - Motorcycle Mall of Monmouth at 656 Highway 35, Middletown, New Jersey.
We are currently interviewing for an open Service Assistant / Porter position for our dealership in Middletown, NJ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in Greeting Customers – in person, over the phone, etc.
- Help with providing updates to customers regarding their ongoing services
- Booking service appointments
- Sending out service reminders to customers via the dealer management system (DMS)
- Move units (motorcycles, scooters, dirt bikes, ATVs, SxS around the facility)
- Assist in getting parts and units for technicians
- Inspect and tag units entering the facility
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Greet customers
- Direct traffic and organize the service drive when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license (ideally a valid motorcycle license or interest in getting one)
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Team player willing to help and assist everyone that might need it
- Eagerness to try new things that can help the Service Advisor and Service Manager with the customers

Compensation Range
- $16 / hour - $19 / hour, commensurate with experience.
