We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Entertainment Manager I to join our team. In this role, you'll assist with procuring top-tier entertainment, managing event logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize audience engagement and revenue.
Additional Requirements Include
Box Office & Ticketing
- Oversee all ticketing operations (online, in-person, phone, will-call), including ticket sales, exchanges, refunds, allocations, and comps.
- Serve as the box office point of contact for patrons; resolve inquiries, seating issues, and complaints.
- Maintain and supervise ticketing system setup: create events, seating charts, pricing tiers, holds, etc.
- Generate box office reports (daily, weekly, show-level), reconcile sales, and coordinate with finance/accounting.
- Train, schedule, and manage box office staff, ushers, and front-of-house personnel.
- Manage venue operations before, during, and after events including, facility setup, signage, and venue asset.
- Ensure venue cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and compliance with codes and policies.
- Manage in-house staff (Event Staff Supervisors, Box Office Supervisors and Ushers).
- Coordinate with performers, agents, production crews, and technical staff to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Develop, document, and enforce operational policies, standard procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Plan and schedule entertainment events, theme nights, artist residencies, and special programming for Radio bar and internal departments.
- Negotiate contracts with local talent, promoters, and agents.
- Manage riders, hospitality, and backstage requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing/sales to drive ticket demand and promotions.
- Analyze event performance, audience feedback, and trends to refine programming and venue offerings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Management, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of progressive experience in box office, venue operations, event production or entertainment management.
- Proven supervisory experience managing staff and contractors.
- Strong facility and systems knowledge: ticketing software (e.g. Ticketmaster, Archtics, or similar), venue operations tools, and MS Office / reporting tools.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure, multitask, and solve problems quickly.
- Flexibility to work nontraditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as event schedules require.
