As Busser, you'll provide enthusiastic, courteous, and professional service to our guests. Additionally, you'll:

• Provide a comfortable environment for our guests.
• Function as an ambassador for the MotorCity Casino-Hotel.
• Clear tables after guests depart, taking silverware, dishes, and glassware to appropriate areas.
• Promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths and floor.
• Set up tables.
• Assist server with food delivery and other requests during peak periods.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicating with servers if necessary.
• Smile and make eye contact with guests and thank them as they depart.
• Maintain impeccable appearance of restaurant outlet.
• Must have a strong desire to develop repeat clientele by consistently providing great guest service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Complete scheduling flexibility, including holidays and weekends, based on the needs of the property.
• Prior high volume restaurant experience.
• Prior hotel/casino experience preferred.
• Able to lift heavy trays and move tables and chairs as needed.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Exhibits a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Ability to work under time pressure with a positive attitude.
• Must be a team player.
