As Bartender, your primary responsibility is to provide friendly, courteous beverage service and preparation in accordance with standard procedures. You'll serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to casino guests.
Additionally, You'll
- Take orders from customers and Waiters/Waitresses.
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Conduct all transactions need to be documented on our point of sale software, Infogenisis.
- Stock products and maintain a clean sanitary workstation.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of two years bartending experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant, club or hotel.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification is preferred.
- Basic math skills.
