WE ARE GROWING & LOOKING TO ADD A MERCEDES TECHNICIAN
Technician-owned European repair shop working on Mercedes-Benz and other European vehicles. Built by a technician, for technicians — focused on efficiency, productivity, and a professional work environment.
We are currently looking to add one Mercedes-focused technician to our team.
Flat Rate – Done Right
- Customer pay shop (no warranty time pressure)
- Technicians averaging 70 flagged hours per week
- 150–180 hours of work carried over daily
- Consistent workflow — no fighting for hours
- Top performers consistently flag strong hours weekly
If you can produce, you will have the opportunity to flag strong hours consistently.

What We’re Looking For
- Mercedes-Benz or European technician experience
- Strong diagnostic ability (electrical / drivability preferred)
- Motivated and reliable
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
