Our Service Advisor position is critical to our company because our service advisors are the front line of customer communication after they purchase a vehicle and need repairs or regular maintenance.
Service Advisors must have the ability to stay organized while assisting multiple customers, coordinating repairs with technicians, and ensuring that correct parts and supplies are ordered and ready to make an efficient and complete repair. Service Advisors are expected to make frequent contact with customers via phone calls or text messages in order to keep customers informed of their vehicle status.

Business hours:
Mon-Fri - 9AM-6PM
Sat - 9AM-1PM (Rotating Saturday Shifts - Usually 1 out of 3 Saturdays)
Wages:
Commission plus bonuses and incentives.
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications.
