Product Expertise: Become the expert. Master every detail of our pre-owned vehicle inventory, from features to pricing, so you're always ready to answer any question and close the deal.
Vehicle Demonstrations: Bring the cars to life for your customers. Deliver standout demonstrations, highlighting every feature that makes each vehicle the perfect choice. Accompany test drives and leave a lasting impression.
Sales Reporting: Keep the sales momentum going. Regularly update the Vehicle Sales Manager with your activities, ensuring seamless communication and goal tracking.
Face-to-Face Sales: Own the conversation. Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and exceptional service, closing the deal on the spot.
Follow-Up: Don’t let a lead go cold. Proactively follow up with inbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries to turn prospects into buyers.
Documentation: Handle all purchase paperwork with speed and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Customer Outreach: Keep building your pipeline. Reach out to previous sales and service customers to maintain relationships and generate fresh opportunities.
Vehicle Delivery: Deliver not just a car, but an experience. Ensure every delivery is seamless, from final paperwork to customer satisfaction.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with Dealer Center software is preferred to streamline your sales process and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License is non-negotiable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for cars and a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- A self-starter with an unrelenting drive to exceed sales targets.
- Prior sales experience is an asset but not required.
